Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemates Jason Jae and Sultana have stirred social media reactions after a video showed them appearing to get intimate under the duvet.
The clip, recorded after a wager-task presentation, showed Jason’s head visible while Sultana was completely covered, sparking speculations she was performing oral sex on him.
Despite their closeness in the house, Jason and Sultana had maintained they were not in a relationship.
But Jason later confirmed to fellow housemate Kulture on Saturday that Sultana gave him a blowjob. He admitted they were intimate but added that he does not want to lose his girlfriend outside the house, whom he plans to marry.
Social media users have been divided over the incident.
One critic said, “Two consenting adults have a moment and you all are dragging the guy for wat? Did he force her? Also rest with the gf p, how sure are you Jason Jae has a gf? And even if he did, wetin concern una? Why so pained? Bunch of hypocrites.”
Another user wrote, “Sultana took advantage of my boy in his sleep? Oh my poor Jason.”
Some felt Sultana was unfairly targeted. One user noted, “Na Jason Jae get serious relationship outside, na Sultana dem dey drag. Is she the one who is supposed to be loyal to Jason’s girlfriend? Please leave her alone abeg. Nobody is pushing anybody for relationship after the show, so leave her.”
Others accused Sultana of ignoring Jason’s boundaries. “Why would you do this Sultana? This guy continuously tells you he wants nothing to do with you. You don’t have self worth?” one asked.
Some downplayed the video, claiming it was harmless. “Honestly, if you watch the video, nothing happened, I think they wanted to prank the housemates. Unless you want to tell me Jason’s Pen!s is closer to his chest,” said one.
A section of viewers came to Sultana’s defense. “Sultana is all shades of confidence for someone who has experienced all sorts… Love her, am learning from her that we just need to be free,” another wrote.
Another supporter added, “Whatever Jason Jae did or did not do in the house, we still love him. Thank you.”
Big Brother Naija season 10, themed 10/10, premiered on July 26, with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu as host.
The show, which features 29 housemates competing for a grand prize of N150 million, has continued to generate talking points.
