English football club, Arsenal, have celebrated former player, Kanu Nwankwo, on 43rd birthday.
The football icon turned a year older on Thursday and this the Gunners shared a video of the striker on social media.
“🇳🇬 Happy birthday to you, @kingkanu4! 🇳🇬 Our former striker turns 43 today 🎈,” they wrote.
Kanu Nwankwo played for the English side from 1999-2004.
Kanu is a member of the “Invincibles,” the Arsenal side that finished the 2003–04 season of the English Premier League undefeated.
He remains a popular figure at Arsenal, being applauded when he appears at the Emirates Stadium.
