Actress Angela Okorie has vowed never to show off her man on social media again until marriage, following a recent heartbreak.
The 49-year-old vented in a lengthy Instagram story on Wednesday, revealing that she had ended things with her boyfriend and blocked him.
However, she claimed the man still tries to get her attention despite the breakup.
Angela, who had previously posted photos and videos of her partner online, said she later realised he was using her to gain attention and attract other women.
“I blocked Casanova for a long time; I don leave for Nollywood girls and more,” she wrote.
“Until I marry, y’all will never see my man or even know what he looks like again.”
In her outburst, the singer and actress warned women in the film industry to be wary of the man.
“Make una warn that mad man, make he no dey post my picture na. Make una carry am, e fits you, not Legit Queen. I will marry right in Jesus’ name; I will not marry a man who has eyes on other women,” she declared.
Angela claimed she caught him chatting with an actress and recalled something he once said that made her question his intentions.
“He even told me one day he would make sure he sleeps with all those rich women in Lagos and in Nollywood. I was like, who does that?”
She added, “At some point, I thought I was dating my enemy; he is not who he claims to be. Noise of empty selfridges bags and cheap foods in restaurants, a damaged man.”
Angela had gone public with the relationship on Valentine’s Day, sharing a romantic video of herself and the man exchanging gifts and kisses in a luxurious hotel setting.
The post took many fans by surprise, as the actress was not known for flaunting her love life online.
