Popular comedian and celebrity Alibaba has reacted to alleged brutalisation of actor Gideon Okeke by policemen.

Alibaba reacted in a post on Instagram on Monday.

“What is wrong with this @gideonokeke.ng boy sef? So because you are popular you think we can not deal with you? You are lucky we didn’t shoot you. Or even plant a gun in your car. Nonsense!!!. You want a good country abi? Why not relocate?

“Because we the police and all the other agencies, we rule this place. How dare you? Let this be a note of warning to you and all of the other celebrities, don ever cross pur paths. We have no joy. We are above the law,” Alibaba wrote.

He noted sarcastically that nothing was going to happen to the policemen who were accused of assaulting Mr Okeke.

Gideon had in an Instagram post on Sunday morning alleged that policemen attached to the Maroko police division on Lagos Island brutalised him after a minor road accident.

The 2006 Big Brother Naija contestant said the injury inflicted on him by the policemen led by one Ideh Donatus prevented him from appearing at a show for which he was paid to compere.

Tagging Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Governor Akinwunmi Ambode and some celebrities in the post, Mr Okeke vowed to seek legal redress for the assault.
