Alaafin of Oyo Oba Abimbola Owoade has congratulated Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) season 10 winner, Opeyemi Ayanwale, popularly known as Imisi, on her victory in the reality TV show.
Imisi was crowned winner on Sunday, at the live finale hosted by media personality Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.
She beat Dede, who emerged as the runner-up and Koyin to clinch the top prize of N150 million after 10 weeks of competition.
Oba Owoade posted a picture of the reality star on his Instagram story on Monday, accompanied by a brief message that read, “Congratulations 🎉.”
Imisi, an indigene of Oyo State, highlighted her Yoruba heritage during her time in the BBNaija house.
From using Yoruba expressions to wearing traditional attire, she consistently promoted her culture throughout the show.
