Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) has paid a condolence visit to actress Monalisa Chinda over the death of her brother.
A post shared on Instagram on Wednesday showed the visitation led by the president of the guild, Abubakar Yakubu.
The post, which featured pictures, was captioned, “The President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Alhaji Abubakar Yakubu Sanusi, alongside the National Secretary and members of the Presidential Cabinet, paid a condolence visit to Monalisa Chinda, former Director of Communication of the Guild, following the painful loss of her beloved brother to the cold hands of death.

The loss comes months after Monalisa buried her mother in 2025. At the time, she shared tributes on social media, describing her mother as her pillar and expressing gratitude for the support she received from colleagues and friends in the industry.
Monalisa is known for her roles in several Nollywood productions and has also served the guild in different capacities, including as director of communications.
