Several actors, including Adeniyi Johnson, Dayo Amusa, Oshodi Oke, and Wumi Toriola, have taken to social media to appeal for urgent support for their colleague Ajarat Lasisi, popularly known as Aunty Ajara.
On Wednesday, videos shared online showed the actress on a hospital bed with oxygen, raising concern among fans and fellow entertainers.
Dayo Amusa wrote, “Ajarah needs our support. Please, we need help. Ajara’s health condition has become more critical despite all the efforts so far. So much has already been spent on her treatment, with generous support from kind-hearted celebrities, actors, and individuals — yet the situation is getting worse. At this point, we urgently need more financial assistance to keep her fighting. Any amount, any support, any share can make a difference. Please help us save a life. Thank you and God bless.”
Adeniyi Johnson also appealed, saying, “We have done the little we can!!!! We are here to solicit for help!!! Please help us!!! Save a soul. Aunty Ajara Lasisi urgently needs our financial support for critical medical treatment. No amount is too small — every naira counts. We need millions of naira to help save her life.”
Other actors, including Kemity and Bakare Zainab, joined the call, urging fans to contribute or share the appeal online.
