Immediate past Nigerian Ambassador to Mexico and Pro-Chancellor of Obafemi Awolowo University Adejare Bello has congratulated President Bola Tinubu on the end of Ramadan and the celebration of Eid-el-Fitr.
In a statement, Mr Bello also greeted Muslims in Nigeria and abroad, as well as his associates and supporters, for observing the Ramadan fast.
He said the period reflects values such as sacrifice, patience, charity and unity.
Bello urged Nigerians to uphold peace, tolerance and unity.
He prayed for strength and guidance for the president in leading the country.
He also prayed for peace and unity in the country.
Adejare Bello prayed for residents of Osun State and the Ede community, asking for harmony and development.
He also prayed for the Timi of Ede, seeking wisdom, long life and a peaceful reign.
He wished Muslims a happy Eid-el-Fitr celebration.
