Actor Saint Obi and his wife, Linda Amobi, are battling over the custody of their three children following a divorce suit.
According to a lawsuit filed by the actor’s lawyers, the Sakobi star is alleging an attempt on his life by his estranged wife.
The actor had dragged his wife to the High Court of Ota, Ogun State for the dissolution of their marriage.
Obi also alleged that Linda ‘imprisoned’ their three children with the help of men of the Police Force.
He claimed they prevented him from seeing his children.
The presiding Judge, Justice Omotayo O. Majekodunmi has issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Saint Obi’s ex-wife for evading the court processes.
The duo got married in 2006.
