Robbers raid Technology Times office

The Management of Technology Times Media Limited, publishers of the Technology Times titles, on Monday announced that a robbery incident occurred at their corporate head office in Ikeja, Lagos.

Several items, notably computer sets, were taken away during the operation believed to have been carried out in the early hours of Sunday, November 16.

Parts of a statement released by the company reads: “The unknown robber(s) were believed to forcefully gained entry into the office by ripping off the protective burglary-proof iron rods from the walls of one of the office windows at the back of the building.

“Apart from physical damage to parts of the office, several items were carted away during the incident included company computer laptops and several other office appliances.”

Speaking with qed.ng on Monday, Technology Times Publisher, Shina Badaru, said the robbery was discovered when he went to pick something at the office on Sunday.

“Our office was the only one raided,” he told this newspaper in a brief telephone conversation.
