Natasha Osawaru, the new “wife” of music icon 2Baba, has shared a romantic video with the singer just hours after his estranged wife Annie Idibia posted a cryptic message online.
In the clip posted on her Instagram Story on Monday, Natasha and 2Baba were seen swaying gently to one of his evergreen tracks, smiling warmly as they held each other close.
While many fans gushed over the show of affection, others questioned the timing of the post.
Earlier that same day, Annie had shared a reflective note on her Instagram page.
In the message, the actress had expressed hope that her daughter would grow up knowing her worth and never settle for the kind of pain she had endured.
She wrote: “I hope my daughter doesn’t accept things I’ve accepted, that she knows her worth from the start and knows that no matter what, she always has me in her corner.”
It will be recalled that in January, 2Baba publicly confirmed the end of his 10-year marriage to Annie.
Speaking in a recent interview, the Afrobeats legend said he and Annie had given their union their all but decided to keep the details of their split private. He, however, described her as an incredible woman and stressed that they still share a mutual understanding despite going their separate ways.
