Peter Okoye of P-Square has been forced to disable the comment section of an Instagram post after fans attacked him over a statement he made about celebrities protesting.
The 35-year-old had responded to Nigerians criticising 2face Idibia for pulling out of the #OneVoiceNigeria protest by telling them to face the government instead.
Some of his 2.3 million followers responded by hurling insults at him.
Unable to take it any longer, the ‘Do Me’ singer disabled the comment section of the post.
Followers can, however, comment on his other posts.
